If he really used the "thought experiment" excuse, that will evoke laughter in U.S. technical and philosophical circles. The reaction will be rather more harsh in civics and history venues, though.

The U.S.A. is not operated by rulers through a parliament. If we allow a coup over our government, everyone on the planet will feel the bloody (and fiery) consequences.

Many people here, in the U.S., have also recently been very mistaken about the seriousness of what has been going on with our Supreme Court and judicial branch. It's not a trivial game that can be manipulated for the purpose of allowing girls or any other subgroup to play equally. And with the Constitution being an old document of wisdom, the only proper kind of Supreme Court justice is a conservative one.

In regards to the United States Constitution, to be "progressive" about it or to have any desire in favor of changing it or its meaning, is to be against it. And to be against it amounts to being an enemy against our nation.

A few thousand instructors and miseducated alumni had best try to realize the seriousness of what they're trying to do, before one of the vast majority of minds more in touch with reality makes the difficult decision in favor of another reset. The insulated class only believes from its contemporary perspective of comfort that it wants to go there. Go there, though, and there won't be another chance to recover or to do anything at all.
