McConnell is in NO MOOD to kowtow to Chuckles Schumer, nor any damned Dem, right now. And it is McConnell, he of the newly found spine and genitalia, who decides what hits the floor/is discussed.

It's shocking enough, that some posters here don't understand HOW our government works...but when it comes from the Dems and/or the N.Y. Times, well that is just INSANE!
