Justice Ginsberg is an old woman. Old people can feel cold when everyone else is comfortable. My late mother, who was 99, kept the heat up very high in her apartment. It can’t be helped, it’s just how it is, and if we live to be that old, it will be the same for us. That said, inspire of reports of her workouts, it is plain to see that she really isn’t up for the job she has. I’m sure it galls her, the idea of President Trump picking her replacement, but her duty to the Court, the law and our country pretty much requires it.
