I lived in Manhattan for about 4 years in the 90's and the murder rate exceeded 2,000 when Rudy got elected and started 'stop and frisk', got rid of the 'windshield washers' from every corner, prosecuted drug crimes, in other words, "Law and Order".

The number of murders is NY today is a couple of hundred, not a couple of thousand.

It works, every time it's tried, and the SCOTUS disagrees with your version of your 'rights'. Are you a lawyer? If you are, go back to night school.
