She is listed as an associate professor. It used to be an associate professor was a pre-tenure rank, and one was promoted to assistant professor when granted tenure. However, the correlation of professorial rank and tenure was decoupled a decade or so ago.
What is really strange is she apparently was once a mainstream foreign policy specialist, working for RAND corporation, the U.N., and various government organizations.
At some point she was radicalized a moonbat. Apparently by Trump’s election.
And in her case, it is actual threats.
Why hasn’t she been arrested?
Charge, try, convict and sentence her to the maximum punishment. Time for leftists to earn the consequences of their actions.

Been there, done that.
It really isn't that new. It used to be you could look people up in the phone book. Some people had unlisted numbers.
You could always go down to the courthouse and pull public property records.
The difference is today you can do this in seconds on the Internet, and post it for all to see.
But in the past, few people had the interest to protest. Now many want to "make a difference".
The end game is this:
People have a right to protest in the public square.
People have a right to be safe and at peace in their homes.
A public protest against an individual in the public street in front of the individual's private home is a bridge too far. The First Amendment gives people the right to petition their GOVERNMENT for redress of grievances, not petition other INDIVIDUALS for redress of grievances. Ordinarily, issues between individuals are properly adjudicated in civil courts.
It is up to municipal governments and law enforcement to limit what can happen. They could make it harder to get access to the online information. They could crack down on un-permitted protests and trespassing.
If they do not, someone is going to take it upon themselves to defend themselves.
When the government refuses to protect its citizens, the citizens reserve the right to protect themselves.
Best approach write emails designed to persuade, not to vent.
Or you can submit a venting email using a lib’s name and email address.
Turn the harpy loose on her own kind.
Oh my!
Better approach
Let the lunatics converse among themselves
Do not engage
No harm no foul
If they are trees falling in a forest of like minded bots, there is no sound
Why aren’t these sickos in jail?
No one should be able to give out your address, but you.
These freaks doing the “doxxing” aren’t trying to get you on a Christmas card list, they’re trying to invoke some form of danger into your life, or even moreso, into your families’ lives.
That’s their only end game.
They’re hoping their locator information is picked up by the one NUT out there who’s anger has driven them to the point of violence, or beyond. They’re biggest satisfaction would be to hear that someone at that address they “doxxed” was either harassed unmercifully, or injured, or even killed.
They should be charged with inciting a riot, and assault with a deadly weapon (in today’s environment).
That begs one question: How is it that people who live in the “hood” are never doxxed?
I am seriously starting to hate the name Christine. It is fallen into the pile of names that include Hillary and Monica.
If she does this to the wrong person they will track her down and take their revenge in person. That’s how I would handle it. She’s playing a dangerous game. I hope she understands that.
Hownis it legal to encourage harrassment of someone?
Destroy the life of the individual. Get them fired, banned, or killed.
Many employers will just bail if they start getting mail about someone. And that puts a permanent black mark on the persons name. No one wants to put their name or company at risk.
Another trick is to have someone make something up and have the SWAT team show up. In case you don’t know, many SWAT teams kill first and then try to figure out what is the real situation later. Rand Paul’s house is an example, but lucky for his family someone ran the address before assaulting the place.
I wonder what are the horrible things that are being sent to her - I’d like to see some examples.
According to Blatty, the school for decades has been at variance with Catholic church teaching by inviting speakers
who support abortion rights, and disobeying Pope John Paul II's 1990 instructions to church-affiliated academia. (wiki)
