CNN is still clinging to the notion that Deborah Ramirez's uncorroborated allegation that Brett Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a drunken Yale party is not merely credible, but "certainly credible."
On this morning's New Day, host Alisyn Camerota spoke of "these accusations against Brett Kavanaugh—not one, but certainly two credible ones."

As an aside, Camerota is a very good phony. When she was on Fox she portrayed herself as a fun loving, somewhat right of center person. On CNN she’s a hateful left wing shrew. I think her venomous hatred is the real Allison so her bubbly personality on Fox was 100% fake. She’s a good liar.

There is no evidence the rapes ever happened. And no one will collaborate my accusations...

Certainly here refers to the number of cases, two, as opposed to one. I don't follow your train of thought that "certainly" simultaneously modifies two separate words.
