It depends on what information those favoring impeachment have on each senator. Photos, documents, money, and the threat of accusations (true or false) can be used to influence voting. Almost every politician has a price.
If the Left had that much power to bribe or intimidate GOP Senators the Kavanaugh nomination would have been D-E-A-D.
NOTHING is as important to the Left as control of the Courts.
