I remember those days. The talk shows ran with the story. It got so bad that a dad could not take his kids to the movies without being arrested to make sure the kids were his, and every man seen with a kid was considered a potential kidnapper. It was also about the time the “satanic worship” and “child sacrifice” stories were going around.
The “satanic worship” and “child sacrifice” stories were true. Still are. They just got smarter at where to get the kids. Orphans. Haiti, Africa, anywhere there are orphanages or...homes for kids who are not trackable. No family? target. What about child services? What about illegal adoption? The wonderful thing about technology is
“We’ve got the server.”
And so does Google, as a matter of fact. So does military intelligence. I want to know what the FBI is doing with the laptop.
