Where’s the outrage over Hillary’s call for a ‘civil’ war?

Two events from the last two days stand out. The first came Monday night with President Trumps forceful yet compassionate speech at the swearing in of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.
The president opened with an extraordinary apology on behalf of the country to Kavanaugh and his family for the terrible pain and suffering they endured during the historically brutal confirmation process. He said the unfounded allegations violated fairness and the presumption of innocence.
Trump also tenderly addressed Kavanaughs young daughters, telling them your father is a great man, a man of decency, character, kindness and courage.
The event was something of a spike-the-football moment in front of a cheering White House audience and as such was a clever piece of stagecraft, where Republican Sens. Mitch McConnell, Charles Grassley, Lindsey Graham and Susan Collins were saluted.
But the ceremony was much more than that mere boosterism. With the eight other Supremes sitting in the front row, Trump aimed to restore dignity to the judiciary at a time when the dirtiest tricks of politics have buried the court in a mountain of mud.
The president is right to worry that the character-assassination attempt on Kavanaugh may turn out to be a seminal moment in American political and cultural history. The ideas that the court is just another political branch and that the presumption of innocence no longer applies if you are on the other team represent a seismic shift in how we look at each other and the nation as a whole.
If those ideas stick, we are in more trouble than we can imagine....

"The ideas that the court is just another political branch and that the presumption of innocence no longer applies..."
The presumption of innocence hasn't been applied in many cases related to feminism in lower courts for a couple of generations. It's also obvious, that the Supreme Court was worse than politicized--socio-politicized--a long time ago.
It's time to stop the nonsense, stop the lies, and to nominate the best potential justice every time. The Executive should not be a pimp, and the Supreme Court should not be treated like Sugar Daddy's playpen with some mockery of fairness for the minds of children...or of fragrant tyrants.
And by the way, a conservative (old fashioned, originalist) perspective towards the Constitution is the only proper way for a Supreme Court Justice. No compromise is proper for pleasing "progressives" or to satisfy any "balance" of the sexes. The Supreme Court is not a toy for elitists to control.

The fight over Supreme Court nominations and confirmations is not about abortion, by the way. Look at who was leading the charge this time: Feinstein. Think about it.
It's about our Second Amendment. That's what they're after first and foremost. Their plan is obvious and does involve a Trojan horse, just as it has several times before.

I am only recently learning about an attempt to lower standards in sex crimes to more likely than not as opposed to the old Preponderance of evidence. It seems this is one thing COllins wanted to accomplish and why she made a point of bringing it up in her speech. I bet that went right by 99% of the people listening.

Conviction by Accusation is just one step short of Conviction by Execution -the privilege of all the uber tyrants of the 20th century.
The financiers of the liberal left fools in the USA know exactly what it is theyre gunning for.
And theyre only one SC Justice and 2 Senators shy of it

You cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for, what you care about So, those who care about raping women and having sex with babies are justified in waging street war against our republican led government that will prosecute them?
And, according to Hillary, Conservatives should have used democrat mob tactics against Barack Obama who made it clear that he was dedicated to destroying constitutional America.
And Conservatives now have her approval to use un-civil, street violence against the DNC and all the democrats now in office who are dedicated to destroying America and creating some sort of leftist/globalist/socialist minority dominated Hell.
That would be leftists/communists/socialists like Maxine Waters, Dianne Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Kieth Ellison and hundreds of others.

Where's the outrage over Bengazi? The deleted emails? The Rose Law Firm's Brigadoon papers? Hillary's futures speculations? Paula Jones? Kathleen Willey? Juanita Broaddrick?
And BTW, why was Bill Cosby selectively prosecuted?
