While the racketeer may in fact provide real protection, it is at a cost the victim would never voluntarily assume under normal circumstances. Those who are trying to incite violence & work all this controversy into a civil war situation need more than just jailed. There needs to be some very harsh punishment along with a jail sentence so they would realize the seriousness of what they’ve tried to do,and THEN get them out of the mainstream & into a jail.
