Hopefully with the new Supremes we may be getting back to sanity with regard to the 2nd A.

Scalia was not great on 2nd, he clearly stated that the right to keep was not unlimited. What ever the courts come up with with, it will limit gun rights in some manner, count on it.

Sad to say you are probably right about that. I guess though I feel a little better with Kav than with his predecessor rookies on the court.

In other words we are not losing as much ground as we might.
