Don Lemon shouts down CNN commentator on activist 'mob' definition: 'Shut up!'
No it was not a court case. It was merely a hearing before the Senate Judiciary committee and who would expect due process rights to apply to an august deliberative body such as that. /s/
Cuomo is right. This was politics..brutally pure and simple.
Problem with these MSM guys is, they do not recognize that Americans have an innate sense of fairness. We see it. We feel it. We experience it. and we act on unfairness.
MSM can use whatever weasel words they want, but...Americans don’t play that game.
Al Gore’s sighing during the debates flipped my wife from a Goreon to a Bushie...she’s never looked back. She is now rapid Repub, to the point I have to keep washing the spittle off the tv screen.
That Chris Cuomo is positively disgusting.
Yeah - libel and slander are perfectly fine against a conservative as long as you’re not going to take it to court....
Mere accusations in Soviet Russia destroyed lives and careers. During the French Revolution, mere accusations resulted in the decapitation of many innocent people.
Accusations are a tool of Communists. Today's power hungry Democrats support communism.
I’d say it’s time to come out with accusations against Chris Cuomo!
Yes it wasn’t a court case, but if it was just politicians and if an allegation with no corraboration is enough... Tell me if you voted for Hillary Clinton... and if so, how could you?
If an allegation is enough, how do you justify voting for the wife of a serial sexual predator and accused rapist, who has several allegations by women against HER who claim she directly threatened and intimidated them into keeping quite about her husbands behavior?
You believe survivors, with of course the exception of Juanita Broaddrick.
AN uncorroborated allegation is NOT justification to destroy someone, but you guys gladly went along with it any way.
...and to think that Chris is the smarter of the Cuomo brothers.
Beyond a reasonable doubt standard doesnt apply, but a presumption of innocence does.
The accuser should at least make a plausible case.
Chris Cuomo is an idiot. Presumption of innocence isn’t solely for court cases. It’s a human right, and has been for centuries in civilized societies.
They all parrot the same lines. Has Cuomo ever had an original thought?
Here’s the thing: the policy reasons that support “innocent unless proven guilty” are important & sound both in and out of a court proceeding. Cuomo doesn’t understand that.
