If there is no presumption of innocence because it’s not a court case, then there also doesn’t have to be ANYTHING to stop people from forming and voicing their OWN INDEPENDENT OPINIONS on the veracity of her accusations.
The presumption of innocence is not just for court cases. It puts a damper on unsupported gossip and slander. You can bet that the left would want us to presume innocence if one of their nominations were being reviewed.
