I've seen a lot of posts suggesting that Juan is paid to play that role. All of you are probably correct. It's just like Alyson Camerota becoming a leftist dweeb when she left Fox for CNN. I remember watching O'Reilly once when he was on a rant about some judge who released a pedophile from jail early. The guest O'Reilly had on to discuss it didn't seem really interested in defending the judge, but O'Reilly needed a designated opponent so he could argue and be outraged. I felt sorry for the guy who was probably called at the last minute and asked if he wanted to be a punching bag on The O'Reilly Factor.

I think FoxNews pays him to be on The Five as a Devil's Advocate. Has to be because he is on the wrong side of every single topic. The panel would say sodomizing kids is wrong and he would somehow be in favor of it.
