The 26-page lawsuit filed in Pittsburgh alleges T.F. “was forced to endure multiple court appearances, detention in a juvenile facility, detention at home, the loss of his liberty and other damages until several of the girls reluctantly admitted that their accusations were false.” The Floods seek unspecified civil damages against the girls’ parents, the school district and Butler County District....

It is my sincere hope that the lawsuit cleans out each of the families, the school, and the prosecutors office. My beloved and I both agree that while the fathers (if in the home) may have been oblivious to the Mean Girls and their dangerousness...we both agree, however, that the mother’s couldn’t possibly have been that blind to know/hear something that would indicate their daughter/s were lying about the young boy. My mom had eyes in the back of her head and ears on the ground at all times when I was growing up! She let me know she knew what we were up to and not to even try to talk around her.
So I hope this young man makes it through this without it damaging his hopes for the future and how he looks at women, though I imagine it will take him years to trust any one girl.... and I don’t blame him...

I simply don't buy this BS about “something really did happen to her!” Nothing happened to that b!tch unless she allowed it to happen. For openers, they should completely examine her teen sex life. My bet is she was promiscuous!
anyone who makes false accusations, perjures themselves, withholds evidence, tampers with jury or bribes judge or jury should receive the same punishment or sentence the accused would have received if wrongfully found guilty, up to and including the death penalty.
If that happens, they will use the “D” card. Democrat of course.

I understand. Lived long enough and seen enough to not trust but extremely few, and I mean like on maybe three (3) fingers people I’ve let in my house in the past years. It is terrifying how people can turn over politics, sexism, or whatever they believe is more valid than another’s belief system.
My understanding is that on her FB before it was scrubbed, she bragged about how she had sex with 54 boys before college.
I am in one of those *something happened to her* camps, but IMO, it was repeated sexual abuse in childhood. No kid ends up that promiscuous and messed up by 15 without some help.
So something happen to her? Yup.

DOCTORED Ballsey-Fraud was, according to many of her peers, a “POPULAR” girl in HS. Just a diplomatic, euphemistic way of calling such a girl a SLUT.
Later on in life he’d be asked if he was ever accused of sexual assault not that it mattered it was a lie.
