Maybe but with a difference. Mitt actually likes being liked by his constituents and Utah, unlike Arizona, is a closed primary state. So he will get minimal help from Democrat voters (which are also much fewer in Utah and confined mostly to one urban county (Salt Lake) and the rich ski chalet crowd in the Park City).

He may actually surprise us and be no worse than Orrin "Chicken" Hatch.

Mitt Romney is a chameleon who takes on the attitude of his constituents. In Massachusetts, he was a moderate. In Utah, he will be more conservative.
