Sylvia Plath was mentally ill, and is noted for being a trailblazer in “confessional poetry,” that is poetry about how miserable she was, how life s*cked, how nobody understood her.
After several rounds of electroshock therapy and several suicide attempts, she finally (literally) stuck her head in an oven and killed herself. She left behind a one year old and two and a half year old. Depressed FemiNazis—is there any other kind—worship her morbid and narcissistic “feminist” poetry.
