Democrats throwing everything at the wall and hoping something sticks, or in this case trying to get someone else to do their investigations for them and hoping something impeachable is uncovered. Of course these lower court federal judges can’t actually take any action against Justice Kavanaugh anymore than Mueller can take action against President Trump, all they can do is issue a report of their findings to congress.
Scalia refused to recuse himself from a case late in his service on the high court - pointing out that there can be no adjudication of such a decision, because they are the end of the line, if you will. There is no place or structure to appeal to. Likewise, this is going nowhere. It does show you the tenacity of the anti Kavanaugh folk, and reinforces the need to point out in the mid-terms how bad it would be to have Jabba the Hut (Nadler) as House Judiciary Chairman.
Kavanaugh was not speaking as a judge, or about a case, or about any judicial matter. So complaints about his anger are invalid.
The complaints from the Leftist all boil down to “Kavaugh lied because we know what those statements in his 1983 year book really mean” It pure infantile historic stupidity. It time we STOP treating the deranged insanity of the Leftists as credible or legitimate.
One of the Fox News shows had this deranged Lunatic Leftist on and when he started in on his “Kavaugh lied” the host point blank asked him “so you know better then Judge Kavanaugh what his year book means” And the moron actually said “Yes, I do.....”.
They really are that infantile and insane. It time sane people stop treating this deranged fascist lunatics as anything but hysteric children in need of a long term time out.

What really needs to be done here, if justice actually existed anymore, amd to really stimy or bog down the anti-American leftists, is for there to be simultaneous multi rail investigations, carried out by true patriotic federal agents, reaching deep into —
*Feinstein, the DNC, and even RNC members, activity with Chinese US political campaign funding, financial deals, and Chinese US policy influence —
*At the very same time truly loyal American agents dig deep into DNC/Obama/Clinton conspiracy with Russia in Uranium 1, massive Skolkavo tech transfer (included Microsoft, Amazon, Google etc) Russian DNC election financing (kickbacks to Clinton Foundation etc.), Russian Obama Clinton strategic foreign policy conspiracy (ie. missile shield gone, Skolkavo tech transfer, Uranium 1, Israel friendly Mubaerak removed, deliberate refugee wave, the Russian-Chinese-Pakistani infiltration into DNC servers and US government data base systems AND the cover-up —
*And the DNC illegally weaponizing US Intel services and the DOJ/FBI to control/determine who the next president of the US would be, including working with foreign governments (Russian/British/Chinese,?), And the grossly illegal effort to illegally remove connstitutionally ellected PDJT —
*The DNC near all-hands carefully manufactured conspiracy and false evidence against BK, involving the highly active left wing activist Ford, to further subvert our Judicial system —
*And to officially identify expose and carry out justice against violent and deadly anti-American DNC groups, including careful ivestigations of foreign and domestic anti-American funding and influence within American educational institutions.
If we could carry out these absolutley necessary investigations, thoroughly, simultaneously, largely under-cover, and quickly, at some point, the leftist staff members would be overwhelmed, and unable to stay ahead or investigators.
I’m pretty sure this move represented Roberts throwing these things in the trash, in a legally official looking way. The lower court can use them as blotter paper.
