You hit the nail on the head. I wonder what percentage of the unsolved murders occur in the black community?

At worst, calling the police for help can result in the arrest or death of you or a loved one. With the high potential costs of interacting with the police, individuals on the margin”

If you talk to police, you can expect threats and witness tampering. Either it will be from the police or from the criminals.

People don’t trust government. You’re always a potential target when you talk to them.

Many of these murders are gangbangers and drug dealers killing each other. Let them keep it up. These are what you might call victimless crimes.
