Up through 2014, Baltimore’s murder rate had been remarkably stable at 35 per 100,000 for the previous decade. Since 2015, Baltimore’s murder rate has risen to 55 per 100,000.
Since the population of Baltimore is 600,000 that corresponds with 120 additional murders in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Statistics like murder rates generally move gradually upward or downward based on many demographic, economic and cultural factors that may take decades to produce clear trends.
It is a tragedy that the Maryland Democratic party’s social experiment produced such remarkably clear results: politicize the accidental death of a small-time drug dealer by blaming the police and destroying careers and you can instantly assure law enforcement will be curtailed.
120 additional murders per year, probably concentrated among the very demographic groups these politicians claim to protect with their policies.
But it would not surprise me. LOL
I am guessing certain groups were under represented in the candidates that passed. Therefore the tes be rasis.
What this means is the failing candidates are functional illiterates thanks to the Ballmer government schools.

Yesterday, the department spokesman, probably the most competent member of command staff quit and left a bridge burner message trashing the politicians and the corruption in the entire city and department.
More than 20 years ago only a third or so of Baltimore public school English teacher could pass qualifying exams.
72% of all murders in Maryland were in Baltimore, with 10% of the state’s population. It’s estimated that .5% of residents do about all of the crime.
