YES, exactly. This idiotic SOB actually said that in a Senate hearing, on camera, when he knew millions of people were watching. Knowing he was caught in a despicable lie about his military service. His picture is next to moronic hypocrite in the dictionary.
I just googled Blumenthal and determined what were credible sites for the 8 times said, Vietnam claims, and treatment received on return. Kept coming up with the same info..

Yes he suffered untold hardships and dangers while at the drill hall of the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center. Because of the odious nature of this man's actions he merits signal reprobation. This is not some REMF trying to impress the fellows at the Legion Hall this creep integrated his lies into his resume for political office. As I wrote before, at least those of the Brotherhood of the Eagle, Glob and Anchor should make him a non-person and a permanent member of that small fraternity of shame the ex-Marines.
