They are, but Floridians have direct access to amending the State Constitution via the Ballot Box.
That’s how we got that ‘Pregnant Pig’ Amendment a few years back, that was the laughing stock of the country..............
No on all of them. Our Constitution does not need anymore “Amendments”.
