Yes, but that was a real threat, not some contrived bull$hit designed to further the control of us all by “our betters” on the Left.
Since it is not in a bubble, no matter what we do, no matter how many cows we keep from farting, no matter how much of our taxpayer money goes toward fighting 'global warming', it will have no effect GLOBALLY.
Here is what walking to work (don't wanna use those terrible CO2 producing automobiles that cause global warming) is like in CHINA.

You think they might have some motivation for continuing the alarm-ism? Considering the Panels only reason for existence is to promote endless claims of doom and gloom, to justify their exorbitant funding.
It is not a natural cycle of warming and cooling. It is a man-made catastrophe that demands a national effort unlike anything this country has seen since World War II.
BTW, Half the US used to be under ice and the Sahara used to be a forest. Is that the world you are going for? If not, what one do you have in mind. That way, when we have full terraforming capabilities in a couple of centuries we’ll get right on it for you. :)

Well, they’re right about that. In science, a theory is an explanation based on reliable data. And it is subject to rigorous, open debate.
We’re not seeing any of that here. Data that doesn’t fit the Climate Change model is suppressed. And anyone who wants to debate the issue is shouted down.
The IPCC has been completely discredited. Ignore anything they say.
What percentage of CO2 in the atmosphere is man-made?
Prove it.

We can, and have, reduced AIR POLLUTION. That is where the GLOBAL ALARMISTS should concentrate their efforts.
We DO have an effect on ‘climate’, on ‘weather’. We DO produce artificial HEAT. That is why cities are known as ‘heat islands’.
However, the EARTH has the ability to massively overwhelm any EFFECT that we have.
The clouds have the ability to lower or raise the temperature over MASSIVELY HUGE areas of the surface of Earth in seconds.
Nothing, short of a nuclear bomb, can do the same. The bomb also destroys everything it heats up while clouds do not.
One must ask why the GW alarmists are concerned about CO2, but not poisonous smog in nations such as China.
When I was in elementary school everyone had to read a story about kids going to a museum to see the last trees in the world; They had never seen real live trees because they were all gone.
Later we were constantly bombarded with tales of the coming ice age.
When neither of these were at the forefront there was always good old nuclear annihilation from Ronald Reagan falling asleep on the ‘button’ or something.

Well, other than the amount their employees exhale, very little. What they do produce in MASSIVE QUANTITIES is HEAT. More 'power' is used to exhaust the HEAT to the outside atmosphere than to power the servers.
How about those Apple factories?

It isn't CO2 that makes them wear masks.
The best response to these loons is “If you actually did understand anything about human caused climate change, then you’d already understand that we’re ten years too late to do anything about it, so chill.”
The heat is an opportunity too. Harvesting and using that heat is an intriguing opportunity that begs an innovative solution.
