President Trump will appear on CBS's "60 Minutes" this Sunday, according to a Thursday night CNN report.
The interview, which was reportedly taped on Thursday at the White House, will be conducted by the show's longtime correspondent Lesley Stahl.
The program's camera crews were spotted leaving the White House on Thursday afternoon by Fox News White House correspondent John Roberts.

The Hill has reached out to "60 Minutes" for further details, but a spokesperson declined comment. The Hill has also reached out to the White House for comment.
The sit-down marks the first time the president has appear on the show while in office.

Yes, plus 60 Mins is notorious for editing an interviewee’s responses, often to distort what the person actually said in context.
In their face. I suspect media will be on best behavior as this is unusual access for them. There’s a bit of a vacuum right now, no Democrat leadership speaking up for Democrat party candidates. Media shows like 60 Minutes are getting lonely. I’d rather see Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez so she can make more of a fool of herself and the Democrat party.

IIRC cbs asked HW Bush for a 60 mins. interview and he said sure but I will require it to be aired in full with no editing....they quickly declined. DJT needs to do the same.....or have his own film crew there to tape it all.

60 Min is where Fake News and “Drive By Media” was born.
Not that 60 Minutes intends, certainly. But you know he didn't do it randomly. The more he gets in front of people, the better. When people hear him at rallies, they love him. When the enemedia bashes him, they hate the media and love him.
He knows these Congressional elections are about him, and the more they're about him, the better he'll do--keeping the oxygen away from the little local issues that can induce normal voters to vote for some Democrat they happen to know or like, instead of a Congressman who will support Trump.
Outreach to elderly shut-ins who might otherwise be “persuaded” by “caregivers” to vote Democrat.

He loves to see himself on TV. The bizarre thing is he can’t resist. I wish he would spend more time defending his supporters and not this ego trip stuff. He’s not changing any minds.
Oh boy, this makes me nervous. Of course, if he tapes it, he may well get a lot of mileage out of delineating the edits.
I can’t believe there isn’t a condition where Pres. DJT gets a copy of the full interview.
