Influential? Did I read that right? Isn’t/wasn’t the 9th the most overturned court? Guess it depends on what one sees as influential.
I think they also have a record of issuing crazed, nationwide rulings that are not overturned or not overturned soon enough.
That makes them influential. It’s a power base for the ‘rats to legislate from the bench.
