You’re close. I’m guessing he may run as an independent. If he does, he could probably scrape off a point or two from Trump thereby assuring whoever the Dem is a victory. Thereby, Flake would have his revenge.
Flake has a 9 percent approval rating in Arizona and he’s probably the most hated senator in America right now. He needs to lay off the LSD, he is delusionable about having any chance at all running for President.

In 2016, Hillary Clinton lost Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania by less votes than the Green Party got in each one of those states.
It will not take many votes to tip 2020 to the Democrat nominee.
