In Europe, they have a new law that allows the people whose accounts were mined are allowed to sue for $. They don’t have to prove that, as a result of the hack, they were literally damaged, they just have to say they were upset about the breach.

Too bad we don’t have that law. Not that I’m in favor of more laws...I just think if Mr. $uckerberg had to shuck out some cash, he’d be a lot smarter with our data.

I couldn’t find it and when I asked the question in their self help, the answer was for a completely different question.
