Remember how everyone feared to wake him on D-day as he had strict orders not to be disturbed, and he assumed personal command of the Panzer tank divisions stationed in Paris.
Booker was so obvious----his 17 minute sililoquy sounded like an ad for his vainglorious political ambitions.
Grassley should have stopped him cold.
