Legally, he’s not allowed to have Beto on the ballot. So, it may confuse some low-information voters. Should be fun.

Legally, hes not allowed to have Beto on the ballot. I would think they'd need the full name, with "Beto" in parentheses inserted after the legal first name as they do in obits. Believe I've seen this before.
