Simply, the Oregon governor's race is about who can best lead Oregon in tackling the human and economic crises unfolding on our home turf. From the state's distressed K-12 education system to the critical need for pension reform to encouraging more affordable-housing construction, Oregon is running out of time to responsibly address these challenges. With little vision and no urgency by Brown in her nearly four years as governor, and insufficient experience from Independent Party nominee Patrick Starnes, voters fortunately have a strong alternative. Oregonians should vote for the candidate who is willing to take courageous action on these entrenched problems and mark their ballots for Knute Buehler.

VERY INTERESTING....
Oregon Ping
Bump!
Actually it is
Maybe the overly tolerant normies of Oregon are getting woke to the beast around them
Their staff probably couldn’t make it to work and had their pay docked.
Good luck to this man. I must say I really am shocked to see that Oregon’s schools are so poorly ranked. Is there some large urban system that is dragging them down?
Really HUGH - and Series...
Yes, it’s called massive Mexican infiltration. Oregon is really big in agriculture, and plantation owners need their slave labor.
One wonders if the pachyderm in the chamber might be
1. the fear and anxiety over antifa (and etc) mob rulers affecting much of their basic lives in the Portland area; and...
2. frustration over the very high rate of freeloading and disease re-distributing "homeless" invaders to their once fair city and state.
.
While his votes have tracked with his caucus on fiscal issues, he has broken with his party many times, reflecting his moderate outlook on social issues. He voted with Democrats to adopt a gun control measure banning firearms ownership by people convicted of domestic abuse; voted in favor of a bill raising some real-estate document recording fees to help fund housing initiatives; and he even carried the bill on the House floor that gave women the ability to seek birth control prescriptions from a pharmacist, rather than having to go to a doctor. He also was among Republican legislators developing a more broad-based funding solution for the Medicaid expansion than the temporary package that was signed into law.
Buehler might win, considering hes an uber RINO, who should be running as a democrat.
State Rep. Buehler is a moderate Republican.[21] He supports tax breaks and opposes an increase in taxes on corporations.[22] He is pro-choice on the issue of abortion.[23] On immigration, he opposes sanctuary cities and opposes Oregon’s statewide sanctuary policy.[24] He supports gay rights, including same-sex marriage, and voted to ban conversion therapy from being used on minors.[25]
Pro-choice, socially liberal.
If he wins, nothing will change and in 4 years another Democrat.
I disagree...if we change governorship to GOP, there WILL be changes....first...all the appointments for the GOP. SURE, we’ll not get everything we want, but, c’mon...even a LITTLE bit will start turning the state from the edge. We’ve had 30 years of DEM/Union rule...it WILL change things.
And, if it does NOT change...ie we get Brown elected again....we may head for YOUR state.
Game over. When Pravda is telling the comrades to vote for Buehler, that’s the nail in the coffin for Brown. She is done. Buehler is a RINO for sure but it’s a step in the right direction.
With several hard core Left family members in Oregon, I agree with you. Even a RINO would be better for Oregon than what they have now. And the Portland Mayor needs to be replaced ASAP.
So who should Oregonians vote for?
Theyll vote Democrat. It all comes down to Portland.
Decades of absolute one party have even corrupted the GOP.
Why would any sane person vote for the liberal pretender Buchler?
No thanks. I prefer the Real Coke Democrat.
That wasn’t my point, I knew that he had to be mostly Democrat for the Oregon paper to endorse him. As far as voting for him, I’m not sure it matters if he wins or another liberal wins. It will still be a political loss for the people in the long run. Much like if we had elected Jeb Bush over Hillary. Would it really have mattered much after all was said & done?
