30 of the 36 condo units in my complex, are ‘snowbirds’, and are all leaving this week. Like a ghost town around here from (usually) Nov-May.

Everyone’s leaving early because the cold/snow/ice is moving east, way too early.

All these trees still w/ leaves, if they get hit w/ ice or wet snow, are going to suffer major damage.
