Grizzly population is WY and Montana have been allowed to grow FAR too high. This policy is driven by the feds who then use those populations as the reason to shut down large sections of wilderness areas to any human use at all.
They need to be heavily culled.
“They need to be heavily culled.”
Agreed. Hunting bears instills the fear of humans that they have lost due to decades of no hunting. I saw the same thing with the brown bears on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska.
A grizzly hunt was scheduled outside Jellystone Park where recent fatal attacks have occurred. The inevitable lawsuit from the usual leftard environmentalmidgets (who most likely live in big cities) ensues and they find a judge to order a stop to the hunt. The bear predation on humans continues.
They tried that in Washington State about 15 years ago...to the extent of planting grizzly and lynx fur in the Cascades.
They had ‘roped off’ over a million acres before a whistle-blower reported the eco-fascists who planted the fur.
No, they were not fired. They were reassigned.
They should be in jail for attempting to perpetrate that type of fraud on the US taxpayers...you know...the ones who actually own that land (not the feds).
