I know there are laws regarding campaign finance. It sounds like a giant loophole, if a candidate can take contributions intended for his campaign and just give them to someone else.
It’s really the redistribution of other people’s wealth that liberals are all for.

There’s that Beto commercial where he touts he will represent all Texans in DC regardless of party affiliation. Yeh right Who’s he fooling other than the gullible Dummies. He’ll always be a 1+ vote for Schumer’s cabal just like he does for Pelosi. Cruz gets my vote guaranteed.

I would support campaign finance reform that involved forfeiture of losing candidates campaign funds.
It should go to the Treasury fund.
Donors, be they individuals or corporations or unions, should be allowed to give but politicians should not have a permanent slush fund at the conclusion of their campaigns.
I wish he spend some of that money on commercials where he wants medicare for all and gun control.

Democrats from outside Texas poured millions of dollars into another lost cause - trying to prop up the campaign of “Abortion Barbie” Wendy Davis. If they want to throw money down the drain to make a statement on behalf of doomed, zero-chance candidates, they should have at it and we should encourage them.
