No President in my lifetime, including Reagan, has connected with their supporters like Trump.... And I believe a good bit of the reason is, he can speak to the people anytime he likes, not once a week radio address, but anytime he likes, without media filter.

So when the Elites go all crazy over something that most American’s find insignificant, he flat out reacts the way most of them will... He doesn’t lead by polls.. he trusts his gut. Its gotten him in trouble a time or two, and will again, but his gut is right far more often than its wrong, and when its wrong, he recognizes it and moves on.... like most normal people do.

Trump has been more successful in policy in less than 2 years, than ANYONE I can recall in my lifetime.... He doesn’t sit back and let the system grind his policies to a halt, he pushes them every day and expects those beneath him to provide progress and movement.

There is no doubt when the history books get written, long long from now, his Administration, provided it keeps going the way it has been, will be one that will be discussed for ages, and ranked highly.

Especially when it is properly framed in the context of how much entrenched opposition he has to battle DAILY to get things done.

He’s with the american public, and he’s with America... hopefully America will continue to support him, and we can continue to push on.

With Kavanaugh Trump just decidedly won the courts... at least for a generation or more... That accomplishment ALONE, ending the Judicial overreach by the courts, makes him a historical president. And he’s got 6 more years to go.

I know Doris. She’s a good soul. We don’t agree on much politically, but we share common love of baseball. She chides me for being a Yankee fan, and I chide her for being a Red Sox fan.

She’s nothing if not honest. She sees what’s happening with Trump and, unlike most Democrats, is not afraid to acknowledge the obvious. Wish the world had more like her.
