"I knew that just from watching Ingmar Bergman movies." Bingo! I'd rather have my teeth pulled than sit through most any Bergman movie other than "The Seventh Seal". I'll give him his props for "The Magic Flute" too.
But Bergman's personal dramas about dysfunctional relationships in Sweden could drive even a mentally healthy person to the point of suicide, LOL.
