I’m just guessing here, but I think “Where words are exchanged, bullets are no longer exchanged.” could have been disingenuously reported as a threat.

“Editing” is emerging as a principal business tool among social media providers. This is hardly surprising considering where their biggest potential market is (China) and the the western Left/Liberal preference to silence instead of engaging in dialogue. Definitely not democracy-friendly.

Yeah, probably time to break them and impose some public utility type rules on content management. Slim chance of Congressional action considering the amounts of money they are being bribed with.

The problem is the “reporting” process and feature. Far too many who are dishonestly abusing it to persecute others without any real justification.

These “false reportings” should be punished just as sternly, If an account falsely reports a post the accuser should be banned for the false report.

It is currently one sided and wide open for abusive action as it is.

Amazon banned me from making reviews for giving less than total love for a fake product - took almost a year to have that privilege reinstated. No longer do I pimp nor warn of products there.
