A judge unsealed the divorce file for Democratic attorney general candidate Keith Ellison and his ex-wife Kim Ellison Wednesday morning.
The couple divorced in 2012. The Star Tribune and Alpha News sued to have the files released after Ellison’s ex-girlfriend claimed he abused her. Ellison has denied the allegations. The media outlets argued the public has a right to know what is in the divorce records.
In the documents, Kim does not accuse Keith of physical or emotional abuse.

Has NOTHING to do with the ex-girlfriend’s allegations which include video and a police report. Particularly slimy use of the courts for political gain by Ellison’s allies at the newspaper.
Why were they sealed in the first place?

They were sealed because the ex-wife was having some mental issues during the divorce. She had requested them sealed.

They wanted to hide the wife’s crazy side.
THis was rediculous. Both the husband and wife fought this — and it is absurd that a newspaper gets to override the desires of both parties in a private case.
This will discourage others from seeking legal redress for issues, knowing that some political hack can unseal properly sealed records.

That’s exactly what got 0bama elected as Senator in Illinois; he somehow got the courts to open the SEALED Divorce info of his opponent Jack Ryan (R, IL).
And we all know how wonderfully THAT turned out for America. *SPIT*

We are now about 20 days until the election. In Minnesota, I have yet to see one, single Ellison lawn sign. There are plenty for other Democrat candidates, but even Democrats do not want an Ellison sign in their yards.
I think the polls for Ellison vs Wardlow are not accurate. They claim the race is tied, but I do not believe it. There are many voters who claim to be undecided. That usually means they will break for the challenger. Since the Attorney General position in MN has been in Dem control for about 60 years, Ellison can logically be considered the incumbent.
Yesterday I donated to Wardlow for the 4th time since July. We must defeat Ellison. He is bad for Minnesota; he is bad for the USA.
