An interesting note: The FBI seems to be able to penetrate encryption with ease. Might as well go clear-text, these days.
I didn't see that. I think they were able to see the many transactions with the reporter and they found the original photograph on her cell phone. When confronted with the evidence that the FBI had, she initially lied but then confessed.
I'm more interested in the fact that she is only being charged with two counts, at least so far. This may be an indication that she is cooperating and expects a plea deal.
