As long as no taxpayer money is used, they can do as much charity and in whatever form they want.
Well, you have to have the essentials.
This money is meant to give these mothers a BOOST out of poverty WELL I don’t see how $1,000 a month for 1 year will IMPROVE someone’s life LONG TERM!!! This whole program is ridiculous!!!!!
How are they verifying blackness to qualify for this cash? 50% black? 1/32nd black? 1/1024th black? DNA testing?
And when they try to end the $1000 per month the fecal matter will hit the fan

Many blacktivists are positioning their people to receive a special designation as “wards of the state” (akin to Native Americans”) - and they are more than halfway there. Financially it is a disaster because it is a much larger population - and because they can’t be race-specific programs many whites have joined the “free sh!t” movement (breeding without marriage, entering adulthood with no marketable skills, even losing fluency in passable English).
FDR knew it would be devastating to pay people to remain idle; he set up public works programs, park construction and such so that people never disconnected pay from labor. I’m no fan of FDR, but he was absolutely right; he would have never permitted LBJ’s “cash for votes” BS.

I remember when Old Age Assistance in Oklahoma was $20.00 a month and many old people survived on it.
