She could refuse to debate Trump for any leftist reason. One of which would be that unless he was locked in a cage on stage, he might physically attack her and that would place an historical stain on our history.
Far-fetched? How many rational voters believed either Clinton or Obama, given the record of their first four years in office, could possibly win a second term?
Perhaps the Dem mantra ought to be, "We don't need no stinkin' rational voters!"
Instead, it might be, "At this point in my life I would rather be in the kitchen baking cookies, but I am now stepping FORWARD to save America and perhaps even the world."
Her Bill problem will overshadow her health problems.

For her to have a chance to win that is a key, imo. She may could get
the nomination and be a serious contender if she spent a lot of time
on physical conditioning, but she won’t.
A year and a half of hard physical conditioning would help her lose
weight, look more physically fit and not depend upon help to walk.
