How brutal murders and fear kept a town silent. MS-13 is like no other gang
Fresno Bee ^ | October 17, 2018 | Yesenia Amaro

Despite its international reputation for hacking up victims with machetes – sometimes brazenly leaving the bloodied, mangled corpses in the open – the street gang MS-13 slipped into Mendota relatively unnoticed.

from NPR: " And when you go into what MS-13 looks like today, it's kids in polo shirts and skinny jeans hanging out with their friends in the woods, drinking juice."

Juice?

Well, of course, it’s wimpy California. If the local cops couldn’t take care of it, then the citizens should have had it ended in an hour on a dark moonless night.

I lived in Mendota between 1958 and 1974 when it had a population of about 7,000 and don't recall any murders during that time.

Oh, wait... that was Mendota, IL!

Can we just wall off California with razor wire already and airlift any conservatives out of there?

Won't work. They're already inside the wire.

Eventually, we're going to have to kill the bastards, or surrender our country to them.

I can’t disagree with you in the least.

It will come to blood, either theirs or ours.

I never knew about a Salvadoran population in California.

I was a Border Patrol Agent based out of Fresno in the early 90s. We rolled into Medota one morning and thought WOW talk about a honey hole "There everywhere".

Took us about 10 minutes to fill our van. Then when we actually asked them what country they were from. All of them were from El Salvador. We slammed on the breaks and kicked them all out on the street.

We could do nothing with them (no bed space for OTMs) all we could do was to spend 2 hours processing each one and then release them with a "Notice to Appear" at a later date.

We said the hell with that and proceeded to the next town and filled up with illegal Mexicans who we could actually remove.

Thereafter we avoided Mendota like the plague.

“I never knew about a Salvadoran population in California.”

MS-13 is a Salvadoran gang.

They started out in the Pico-Union neighborhood in Los Angeles and spread out from there. Including back to El Salvador.

MS-13 has been in Massachusetts for at least 20 years.

“And in turn, California is a preview for what’s happening to the rest of America as we shift demographically, politically, and economically from a First World Western nation to a Third World Latin American one. “

And there’s no sign that this process will stop. The Bush Republicans were and are every bit as bad about promoting this demographic transformation as the Obama Democrats. I have no idea if Trump will address it.

Legal immigration is the unrecognized driver of what California has become. In the pretend world that so many like to live in, the impact of legal immigrants on American electoral politics is always assumed to be benign.

Well it’s certainly benign if you like the socialist people’s republic that California has become. It increasingly reflects the societies that most of our post 1965 immigrants hail from. Because oddly enough simply planting your feet on American soil doesn’t change your cultural preferences.

Yeah I’ve kept an eye on their spread over the years. They began here in SoCal in the early 80s with refugees from the Farabundo Marti National Liberation Front directed civil war in El Salvador. Probably another gift from Jimmy Carter when he helped destabilize Central America.

"Animals don’t kill for fun-——MS-13 does."

I don't think so. It's real simple. "blood in" means that if you have a murder rap on you then the gang knows and you know that there is no statute of limitations on murder charges. You're in the gang and that's it.

As for the "brutality" or the "cutting up and leaving bodies", well that's just advertisement. Gangs tend to be hard or soft. Soft gangs are wanna-be gangbangers that might get in fights, someone might die but it's not part of the process. They like to pose but "hard gangs" are about the life and respond to one thing, POWER.

That's why all the fake gangsters in Compton got replaced with real evil people. It wasn't about shooting in a spray and pray or posing with weapons.

They don't go around threatening and yapping about this and that.... if you get in their way, you, your family and anybody that you know ends up dead.

After one or two entire families, including kids gets chopped up or burnt...well, there you are, right?

It's not an implied threat, it's a FACT. They don't care if they die, because they're already dead. Their entire life is the gang.

That's why you see 10-11-12 year old boys that have wanted to be gang bangers since they were 5-6-7. That's how you end up with SERIOUS gangs like the Zetas, MS-13, La Familia, Mexican Mafia.

Only one way to fight them.

Could someone tell me why just about every country or city run by Hispanics is crime-ridden and corrupt? Are they incapable of observing the rule of law? If so, we don’t need any more here.

Ditto on samtheman’s suggesting of posting that link as it’s own thread.

Pure bullshit propaganda. I bet the author is an MS-13 gang whore.

You have never seen a hen house after a weasel got in.

Or an elk herd after a wolf pack swings by.

Or a flock of goats after the leopard has made a neighborly call.

Lots of animals kill for fun when they can.

The idea that they do not comes from the fact that you rarely find prey animals in bunches and the energy expended in the hunt would be greater then the return.

However when they do find prey animals grouped together either created by man or nature they will "play" resulting in many dead and maimed animals that are uneaten.

As long as it’s gangbangers and other scum, filth and criminals killing each other, I don’t care. When innocents get killed, that’s a different story.

Don’t blame it all on Democrats. There are plenty of Republicans who are also responsible.
