The only way a NY Republican wins is if they win 40% of the black vote in suburban Queens.

You win the Afro-Caribbean and black vote, it’s over for the Democrats.

NY GOP should have looked for Pataki to run again or even Al D’Amato. They did well with the Afro-Caribbean suburban homeowners.
