The Smithtown man is accused of leaving disturbing voicemails on the senators’ office phones following their public support of Kavanaugh’s nomination and confirmation, in an attempt to discourage the pols from voting in the jurist’s favor.
In one message left on Sept. 27, DeRisi allegedly said he had a “present” for one of the senators, growling, “It’s a 9 millimeter. Side of your … skull.”

Only the stupid and the deranged make threats. The rest of us either make political contributions or work in campaigns or put up yard signs etc. however, if there is violence against us we will defend without mercy.
Doesn’t this nitwit know there are such things as voice prints, which are just about as accurate as finger prints? And the LEOS already have a huge set of samples due to his earlier conviction. He’s toast, ought to die in prison.
