Kavanaugh Pal Mark Judge Struggles to Put His Life Back Together After Dem Smear
PJ Media ^ | October 18, 2018 | Megan Fox

The Kavanaugh confirmation circus is over and the fighters have gone back to their corners, but not before drawing massive amounts of blood. The Kavanaughs were injured, but they now have Secret Service protection and secure employment for life. There's someone else, though, who was beaten and bloodied and left for dead on the side of the road.

Mark Judge, the other man accused by Christine Blasey Ford, has lost his job and his home. He is raising money on a GoFundMe alternative site called Funding Morality and has received $48,549 to date. Judge is a cancer survivor and Catholic writer...

Why/how did he lose his job?

“Jeff Flakes’s new name is still MUDD as far as I’m concerned.”

Time will tell. If the Republicans pick up more than 3 seats in the Senate, then Trump owns the Senate and his picks will sail through (pretty much RINO-proof at 54 seats).

If that’s the outcome, then I will consider Flake to be a MAD GENIUS by dragging out the Democrat smear for an extra week...towards the election, and also allowing for another FBI look to further clear Kavenaugh.

Well, as we all know, those accounts were funded by globalists like Soros who used them to launder payments. That money didn’t come from the average lib.

I wonder if “Baby Voice” Ford feels any remorse for the damage she’s caused to innocent bystanders.

In order to win then he has to prove Ford's claims are false...

Not true. It depends on what he files. If he files against them for the circus, and the pain and suffering it caused, it puts the onus on them to prove it happened.

The only way this nonsense will cease is if there’s consequences. Judge and Ashley Kavanaugh should have lawsuits being assembled right now. Defendants should be Ford, her team, the DNC, the Democrats on the Judicial Committee and their staff members, Avenatti, Ramirez, and Swetnick.

In order to win then he has to prove Ford's claims are false, that the claims damaged him in some way, and prove that she knew they were false and said them anyway. The second part is pretty obvious but the first and the third parts would be difficult.

Judge wouldn't have to prove that the charge that Kavanaugh tried to molest Ford was false, only that he wasn't the other person in the room. He may not even have to "prove" it, just provide enough reasonable doubt that it wasn't him.

If he can do this, then does the third part matter? Does it matter what her motive was, if she accused the wrong person in the first place? There can never be a motive against a person at the wrong place at the wrong time; it becomes just a random act. I can't imagine that the "I thought you were someone else" excuse would absolve someone of accountability for their actions.

RE: "In order to reach their political goals, the Dems will destroy as many lives as it takes."

While we may be able to hold off the hoards temporarily in the coming mid term election, I think the growing numbers of people who are eagerly joining the mobs is a clear indication of the fact that America has passed the point of no return.

Turning a blind eye to what was happening in our government run schools over the last 50 years will prove to be our demise.

He's the plaintiff. The onus is on him.

TY for reminding people because some people who post have not a clue what they are talking about.

Mark Judge should not and will never sue. The government should go after these people.

One friend said Mark almost died the night before the friend’s wedding.
I think it was PJ. Mark had leukemia.

Unfortunately, I have been a plaintiff in an ongoing civil suit which is going on for over 3 years. It is a non personal injury case. You have to be rich and patient to attempt to get justice through out court system. It is unfair but a fact.

He was getting room and board while caring for a sick person. Media and legal intrusion became to much and interfered and he had to quit. Also lost out on writing opportunities. Get it?

When the SHTF, and it will, when a dirtbag Lib is at ones mercy, before doing anything, they should hear the words...”This is for Mark Judge.”

They explain in the appeal, but he was basically a live-in caregiver who was forced to flee after the Gorgons decided to assassinate his character for being friends with Brett Kavanaugh.

Again, no. If he files not about the accusations, but about the trauma he had to endure, it becomes their responsibility to show that it was justified to drag him through this. Ashley Kavanaugh should do the same.
