It’s incredible that we cannot decide who to let into our own country. It’s like if you had to allow anyone who knocks on your door to come in and live in your house; and you would be required to feed them, educate their kids, pay their medical expenses, etc.

Guatemala should lose all funding from the US because they did nothing to stop this. Block all visas to Guatemalans and block all money transfers from the US to Guatemala.
Then ask Mexico if they want the same to happen to them.

"Its like if you had to allow anyone who knocks on your door to come in and live in your house; and you would be required to feed them, educate their kids, pay their medical expenses, etc."Uh, that's exactly what's going on, for half a century; and the only reason the Great Unwashed don't "come in and live in your house" is that the Democrats deepsearched that action would be the CW2 trigger (in which they would lose -- everything), so the Democrats created HUD and Section 8.

Good catch.
BTW.....Guatemalan President Otto Perez Molina later faced criminal charges for corruption......
seems he was helping himself to the pile of foreign aid.

Why do we have A-10s and AH-64 Apaches if we aren’t going to use them to defend our borders? Isn’t it a waste of money to leave them sitting out on the ramps while we have xenomobs attacking our country?

Guatemala should lose all funding from the US because they did nothing to stop this. Block all visas to Guatemalans and block all money transfers from the US to Guatemala. We don't fund them very much but it would hurt them some. Stopping or taxing those remittances would kill their country.

It just breaks my heart they are ‘frustrated’ but what did they expect? That those who live in a private home would fling open their doors and kitchens to the masses? And the Messicans might want to monitor that bridge - bridges have weight limits. And a lot of those ‘economic migrants’ seem to be very well-fed.

Earlier in the day, hundreds of migrants at the head of the caravan had poured through Guatemalan border posts and onto the bridge, but were repelled by dozens of shield-bearing Mexican police. Several complained they had been teargassed. And when shields are no longer effective...

They are NOT vermin; but folks that want a better life for themselves and kids.
They are just going about it all wrong.
There is a BIG difference between wooing the girl of your dreams until she says, “Yes!” and dragging her off; kicking and screaming; caveman style.
