We have the house and we have the senate. In 10 minutes we could duplicate the repatriation provisions law we have for Mexican illegals to all of Central & South America, throw in Canada for good measure.
Pass it in the house and senate and President Trump would sign it.
Screw comprehensive immigration reform - start with loopholes that force catch and release. IMHO.
Simply offer $100 per illegal to any person legally in this country and that can provide information as to the illegal’s location and arrest.
