Castro - him or his brother (they're twins) - was planning to run for president.

But here, like Warren, he shoots himself in the foot before the race even begins.

The damage is less in Castro's case than in Warren's, but he's starting from so much further behind that this makes his chances even slimmer than they were before.

This may be an indication of gaffes to come from Joaquin.
