Thousands of mostly Honduran migrants are stuck at the Mexico-Guatemala border hoping to make it to the US.
President Trump has warned them that he will shut down the southern US border so they cannot enter.
This is the second large-scale caravan of Central American migrants this year.

I wish God would soften the hearts of the people who are setting up these poor people as pawns. We didn’t routinely get caravans of this kind!
Usually, the best way to help impoverished groups is in situ. If it’s a humanitarian disaster in which the only logical answer is physical escape, that’s another question. But this isn’t.

How can we help Central America get its act together? We don’t do it by giving it a super-easy “out.”

Michael Savage says the American “lifeboat” cannot afford to take on hundreds of thousands more illegals every year or it will capsize and we will all drown.
They are lucky they are Trump, but I would at least give them one warning before Spooky arrived.

The classical way that America dealt with would-be immigrants (when not banning them) was on the basis of being willing to play the existing American game, not to wrestle that game down and subvert it. In turn that game was based on a broad Christian vision. One needn’t formally believe or go to a church, but one should be willing to plug and play with according social ideals.
With that vision all but gone, we are staggering around blind and lost.
To Hell with the BBC! It’s so far Left, it makes MSNBC look moderate in comparison.
