Actually, it’s BOTH!! How many court appointees do you think would be confirmed with Feinstein as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committe. She’s already said she wants to revisit the Kavanaugh allegations and hearing.
At least it looks comfortable at the moment for Rs to keep control of the Senate, and I’m cautiously optimistic about the House. Spouse and I both voted Red today! (tho in Northern VA don’t know if our votes will count that much).

The communists are now actively destroying all institutions of government, either by occupation and workforce or in the press by contention of legitimacy.
The republic will require another 10-years of a republican presidency to turn back this challenge to the legitimacy of government, along with a bump or two in the economy to sustain capitalism. Trump is renewing the spirit of the Right, at the expense of the Left, and the communists. Should the Pope-on-a-Rope-Shower-Buddy be replaced and Wicca crushed by a rising Christian tide the job of the West will be secured for a few more years.
