Actually, it’s BOTH!! How many court appointees do you think would be confirmed with Feinstein as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committe. She’s already said she wants to revisit the Kavanaugh allegations and hearing.
At least it looks comfortable at the moment for Rs to keep control of the Senate, and I’m cautiously optimistic about the House. Spouse and I both voted Red today! (tho in Northern VA don’t know if our votes will count that much).
